4.0 out of 5 stars Neat single with some memorable b-sides, January 26, 2011
This review is from: Fader (Audio CD)
Fader was the second (and best) single released from Paradise Lost's 2001 album Believe in Nothing. Like all Paradise Lost singles (and man, they have a ton of them), it has a few gems that make it worth picking up. Here's what you get:

1. Fader (single edit) - Great song, useless abbreviated version.
2. Leave This Alone - This is one of two non-album tracks that are exclusive to this CD. It's a slower, more melancholy song that fits the Believe in Nothing sound.
3. Waiting for God - This is a heavier song than "Leave This Alone," but it's also loaded down with synths and dance beats. I'm not a fan at all.
4. Fader (album version) - This is probably the best song on Believe in Nothing.

It's not essential by any means, but serious Paradise Lost fans are going to want to pick this single up for "Leave This Alone" and "Waiting for God." Either that or track down the B-Sides and Rarities collection, which includes both songs.
