My favorite Elaine Silver CD so far! If you are a fan of Loreena McKennitt fan you will also enjoy Elaine Silver. Her music is full of light, faerie, and the goddess. As soon as I heard it I had to buy more as gifts.

Beautiful songs, but a bit slow,

Most of these songs are haunting and beautiful, but I found some of them to be painfully slow in melody. The first song "Divine Emotion" is a perfect example. However, the rest of the songs on this CD more than make up for the few slow ones. And besides, some folks like the slow ones! I loved "In Days Gone By" especially. Elaine Silver has a pretty voice and this CD is pleasant to listen to.

I don't know what the reviewer was thinking who thought this was amaturish - maybe she needs to listen to it again. This CD is so beautifully haunting with wonderful lyrics that I get filled with emotion when I listen to it. I cried to "How can anybody" the first time I heard it. A friend raved to me about this CD and said I would love it and she was right. Elaine Silver has a lovely voice! Joy is in my heart when I listen to this CD (and sing along with it too)!
