This smaller oven performs to specification, with true temperatures and a wide range of options. It looks good too. Ideal for those requiring an oven to fit in a small space, e.g. in cramped quarters or to replace an older installation (our reason for buying it). Note: there is no self-cleaning option but that is one reason the price is relatively low.

On the plus side, the unit is pretty inexpensive and is compact - fitting an existing opening for an old Kenmore.

Seems to work halfway decent, however one day, out of the blue, the outer (2) layers of glass fall off. The outermost smashing into a million pieces.

A call to customer service yielded very poor results. Basically a " we don't have a lot of information and the company is in Spain" - or something to that effect.

Yes I can get the replacement part, but how about some level of support on how it goes on? I mean, it sure fell off easy enough. Additionally, it is very difficult to contact these people by phone - a lot of auto-response stuff.

Folks - this is not what we mean by 'Customer Service'.

UPDATE: 2/15/13

Manufacturer has responded to my inquiries about this issue and have really stepped up. It did take a number of calls, but in the end, I could not ask for more. The issue has not been resolved but they have promised to help me. I will have a further update in the near future - but for now this seems like a company that really stands behind their product. Very refreshing these days.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE: 3/19/13

Manufacturer provided the replacement door and repair tech for free. Unit has been repaired.

Again, I could not ask for more. Yes it was a bit crazy the way the door fell off - but you have to hand it to the manufacturer for this kind of support.

Folks this IS what me mean by "customer service".

I really like the new oven, however, since I have never used a convection oven I really needed a lot of information about the settings. I did NOT find the book that came with oven very useful....not very useful for a first-timer!

I moved into a condo that had this and several other Fagor appliances installed. It is a small condo with limited space in the Kitchen so it makes a lot of sense to have a small but versatile oven. I mostly have had no issues with it. The clock will only display in 24hr mode as far as I can tell and that was annoying. And at one point one of the welds broke on the side making it annoying to keep the racks from moving around but as long as one is in it stays together. I have been meaning to take it to work and try and get it re-welded but low priority. Recently another much more annoying issue arose. Randomly and quite often now even when not in use the clock resets as if a power loss has occurred. If I am trying to cook it shuts down the oven and won't easily reset. This is becoming to be a huge pain when cooking at all. I have been looking around online for parts to replace the control board but nothing seems easy to get. I need to call costumer service but with my busy work schedule haven't had the chance yet. I hope my experience isn't as difficult as some other reviewers. I know other ovens have similar issues so will see what happens. My parents have a GE that had a very similar issue but didn't shut down the cooking process and they eventually fixed it by ordering a new control board. Anyhow wish me luck! Thanks.
