Absolutely delicious, bulletproof cooking. I left my girlfriend in charge once, and she neglected it ... instead of exploding (like days of yore), it simply went "phht" every so often, releasing pressure ... so it is safe !

I have the largest size. When cooking for 2 people, the extra size means it takes longer to build up pressure. But also the size means we can make really large meals when needed, and less chance of blocking the vents. I am thinking of purchasing a smaller pressure-fryer as well.

I believe the Kuhn-Rikon are better. I have not got one, but from all I have heard, they are the Rolls Royce of pressure cookers. (There are no kuhn rikons in Australia ... yet) However Fagor are also very very good.

If you are at all thinking of getting a pressure cooker, GET ONE - they make the most delicious meals, and they are fast, healthier and safe.

I have never used a pressure cooker in my life but I decided to give it a try. I was astounded by the simplicity of this product as well as the delicous meal I created on my first try. The recipe book is great. It is filled with gourmet meals that can be prepared by a novice cook like myself and all in under 30 minutes!! I don't know how I lived without this pressure cooker before. It has really changed the way I think about cooking!

the food under pressure with so much flavor you simply won't
be able to do without it once you try this method. This is a very
high quality pressure cooker with multible safety devices,
you'll find yourself using it for almost everything.
What we like about it the most,we can deside what we want for dinner and have it prepared in just minutes.

I couldn't wait to get my pressure cooker. But not only did it take the maximum time to get here, there was also no free educational video inside the box. I returned the pressure cooker immediately because it had no controls on the handle as shown on the online photos -- the very reason I ordered it in the first place.
