Cooking for one,

From stove to my small convection oven. I use this to cook frittata or paella for one. I like the non-stick coating. I shopped around for prices and most of the tapas pans cost the same. This is a good choice for those who cook small dishes and would like to throw it in the small oven to finish it off by broiling or baking.
