The pots all nest tidily, and the set altogether requires about a cubic foot of cupboard space. In part, this is thanks to the detachable pot handles--the set comes with two--that are interchangeable with every pan in the collection. Though detachable handles are often flimsy and disappointing, Fagor's are surprisingly strong, usable, and stable in action. For anyone with limited storage, then this set can be a life saver. I live on a boat and this set fits real well in my oven. As for cooking it does a nice job and clean up is a breeze, since the handles are removeable. I would recommend this set. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought these pans for camping, but they would be in the house were it not for the vintage Guardian Ware. Absolutely the most even heat and clean up is a snap. I told my husband I could justify the price by the savings in propane use. My camp stove keeps going out because I turn it down so low. When it's time to come home :-( they all nest together and fit in less than 12" of space.

I've used these pans aboard the boats I've lived aboard since October 2002 to now. They get used at least 3-4 times a week (often daily) and they still look like new.
The heat distribution is even and good. They wash up well, and store perfectly. I add strips of the shelf non-skid between the pans when stowed to stop rattling from motion of the boat. The whole set stores easily in my very small boat oven. (I do keep the plastic lids elsewhere). Only 2 issues (but I still give them 5 stars) * The handle has a spring release mechanism. Once you've washed the handle it is IMPOSSIBLE to dry inside where the spring is. It rusts and becomes inoperable. However you don't really need the spring, you can easily manually open/pull the handle grip open. * When using the lids to drain, you end up holding the pan lid directly over the draining hot water and steam (and that hurts) - so I've learned to hold the lid in place with a wooden spoon while draining pasta or the like.
