I have tried every fat burner out there and I exercise at least 5 times a week. I wasn't taking off much weight because I was over eating and snacking often. I took this and let me tell you it knocked out my hunger. It also gave me a nice clean energy all day... Then I hurt my achilles so I was in bed for three weeks. I took off weight while laying in bed! I watched my diet though... (eating every 3 hours small meals). Now I'm back to working out and it's still amazing! Get this if you over eat it helps curb hunger! If you exercise you will take off weight FAST.

This is a great product! It gives energy all day long, curbs appetite.....I actual have to keep track of my calories to make sure I am taking in enough calories as to not create bad weight loss! No kidding! I have to remind myself to eat. My only advise I offer is be sure to take this EARLY in the morning b/c otherwise you may not be able to sleep. The 1st day I took this I didn't go to bed for 48 hours! So.....1.) Take it EARLY! 2.)I use it in conjunction w/ "Lean Dreams" by ALR....(This product helps w/ the sleeping since the EFX has the opposite effect)
Great product! Works moderately well if you do nothing but take the pill and eat somewhat moderately......Add it to a healthy diet and exercise regiment.......WOW......your going to drop that weight NOW!!! In one weekend I lost 3 lbs (no kidding)and it was NOT water weight as I had been dieting for a while b4 that and had been keeping myself quite hydrated. I ate less b/c I wasn't hungry and I was working on landscaping in front of my rental property for 2 of the 3 days......3 lbs gone....just like that!! Highly recommend!

I agree with Lynsey. My EFX capsules purchased from Amazon/(DAB Nutrition) were weak as well. I agree that the Amazon order, fulfilled by Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition) is NOT as effective as previous orders I've purchased from supplement stores off the shelf. When I began taking the EFX capsules from Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition), I quickly noticed they did not curb my appetite whatsoever, like the first order from a supplement store in Little Rock, AR so I returned the order to Amazon and asked for a replacement. Sure enough, the replacement capsules didn't have any effect as well. I was curious so I opened a capsule and compared it to one of my "Little Rock" capsules. The "Little Rock" capsule had green tea looking material in it but also a little white pellet inside. The Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition) capsule did NOT have a little white pellet? Direct Super Center (DAB Nutrition) may be selling a different (less potent) version to Amazon or EFX has recently changed their ingredients.
