When people evaluate education in America, everybody has an opinin, but who knows better what goes on in schools than the teachers. Mr. Bigler, this year's national Teacher of the Year, has a great insight into the pros and cons of the educational system. Read this one, especially if you are the parent of a high schol student.

Hi Mrs. Lockard, This is one of your students from Blake High School, 10th grade, '99-00. You are the best teacher in the world. I haven't read your book, but it is probably really good because everything you do is good. We at Blake just want to thank you for doing a really good job. -anonymous
