Easily swallowed, but not what I expected. The dose is 1 capsule 3x's daily. That kills the deal I thought I was getting. PLUS who remembers to take pills 3x daily- unless you're a popper. Not impressed. Am using though- as I refuse to waste, but just taking 2 at night with other prenatal.
