Very interesting story. Although there is doubt that the fairy photos are authentic, the story about the English girls Frances and Elsie, who claimed to have seen the fairies is true and involved investigation by then current celebrities Harry Houdini(legendary magician) and Arthur Connan Doyle (Sherlock Holmes author). There is also a charming Warner Brothers film about the whole episode. The film is on DVD and is called, "Fairy Tale - A True Story" 1998.
