2 Season 3 episodes are on this DVD and 2 Season 4 episodes are missing. Still a great DVD. I'll list the episode summaries on each disc.

DISC 1:
Miss Dimmsdale/Mind Over Magic: Vicky tries out for a beauty pageant, but the prize is being moyor for a day!/Timmy obtains mind-reading abilities to prepare himself for Crocker's constant pop-quizzes.
Shelf Life: Tom Sawyer steals Cosmo's wand and starts messing around with books, and Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda go after him.
Hard Copy/Parent Hoods: Timmy gets a magic copy machine that will poof up whatever the picture under it has on it; Wanda drags Cosmo to the doctor./Timmy's parents are mistaken for wanted outlaws, and Timmy tries to catch the real crooks.
Lights, Camera, Adam!/A Bad Case of Diary-Uh!: Adam West plays the title role in the Crimson Chin movie./Timmy starts reading Vicky's diary. A running joke is that Timmy keeps reminding Wanda that Vicky called her a "fat, pink squirrel".

DISC 2:
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour: A FOP and JN crossover in which the two have to stop Crocker from taking over Fairy World.
Baby Face/Mr. Right!: Timmy wishes he was a baby to hide from Francis in Flappy Bob's Happy Peppy Learnatorium./Timmy wishes he was always right, but trouble starts when Timmy must deny his godparents to Crocker.
Vicky Loses Her Icky/Pixies Inc.: Vicky becomes nice and her meaness turns into a bug. Timmy must stop the bug from crawling up the butts (litterally) of Dad, Principal Waxeplax, and, ultimately, the President of the United States!/Pixies have bought fairy world! Under the new management of the monotonous and very corporate Pixies, everyone's wishes are being denied. So Timmy Fairy World, but if he loses, Cosmo and Wanda will have to leave Timmy forever.

THANK YOU AMAZON. I CAN NOW WATCH A LOT OF SEASON 4 EPISODES ON DVD. YAAAAYYY. Anyway here are the episodes:

Shelf Life-Timmy's summer book report isn't done, and the first day of school is quickly approaching, so he wishes himself into "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer"; Tom cons Cosmo out of his wand, and uses Fairy magic to escape into other books.
Hard Copy/Parent Hoods-Timmy battles with Darth Vader after he inadvertently brings the "Star Wars" villain to Dimmsdale; and a family road trip leads to trouble for Timmy's mom and dad when they're mistaken by the police for a pair of souvenir bandits.
Lights, Camera, Adam/A Bad Case of Diary Uh-The Crimson Chin's reputation needs saving; and Vicky's deepest, darkest secrets are revealed after Timmy sneaks a peek at her diary.
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour-Two cartoon worlds collide when Timmy wishes to go to the greatest lab in the universe for his science project and runs into Jimmy Neutron himself.
Baby Face/Mr. Right-Timmy wishes he were a baby to avoid getting beat up by Francis, but babies can't talk so he can't un-wish it. Next, Wanda and Cosmo grant him his desire to always be right, but he later regrets it when he finds out how wrong that really is.
Vicky Loses Her Icky/Pixies Inc.-When Timmy wishes Vicky wouldn't be so mean, the evil bug in her travels elsewhere. Then, pixies take over Fairy World denying everyone's wishes so Timmy challenges the head pixie to a winner-takes-all game of miniature golf.
Odd Couple/Class Clown-Timmy realizes the value of sweet talk, and wishes for a romantic guy to sidetrack his baby-sitter, Vicky; Later Timmy tries to win over Trixie Tang with humor, so he asks Wanda and Cosmo to make him the funniest person on Earth.

Here is the official summary from the back of the DVD:

"No need to rub that magic lamp- your wish has already been granted! The complete fourth season of ''The Fairly OddParents''- all 19 episodes- is here on DVD! Watch as Timmy tries to cure what ails him with wishes again. However, the more he tries to wish away his problems, the more problems he seems to have! No one can take him seriously after he wishes he were the funniest man in the world... everyone disappears when he wishes he and Trixie were the only two people on Earth... and Timmy becomes evil and tries to destroy Dimmsdale after he wishes to do the opposite of everything his parents say. You'll find all of this and more in Season 4, including the collision of the worlds of ''The Fairly OddParents'' and ''Jimmy Neutron'', and, of course, the musical season finale, "School's Out!: The Musical."

I love cartoons and do not miss a show. Butch Hartman is a GREAT creator in my opinion. With other terrific cartoons such as Danny Phantom, he seems to make all of the kids, teens, and adults be all about FUN! I love this show show much, next to Total drama island and family guy, I love it. I just wish they would put out seasons 8 and 9 on DVD!!
