The artwork was so poorly done I had no interest, as an adult colorer, in coloring this book.

The cover art looked good, which is why I purchased it, but the rest was very disappointing, and I simply gave it away and did not color any of it.

I am sorry to have to say that about a Dover coloring book as generally theirs are top notch.

This was a gift for my daughter and money well spent. She really enjoys blending colors and designing the patterns with the fairies. She still loves to color but finds most books for younger children. These books from Dover are just want she needed.

The artwork in this one is very poor. Detailing, if any, is minimal and the fairies are plain and ugly. It's titled 'Fairy Fashions' but there really isn't anything 'fashionable' about the poorly drawn fairies or their clothing images. I doubt a kid would even find anything 'fashionable' about them..lol.

Most of the outlining is rather bold and overall, appears hastily drawn to throw a book together for publication. I, too, am surprised Dover published this because most all of their other coloring books are higher quality as far as artwork is concerned. Not all, but most.

I collect Dover coloring books so it wasn't a complete waste of money for me but it's definitely not one I'm going to be spending any time with. If you're looking for attractive, detailed fairy images it would be best to bypass this one.

These coloring books are WAAAAY better in real life than on the Amazon site. The paper is thick and good quality so my daughters and I will be able to use markers and not have to worry what picture we're ruining on the other side.

The drawings in this coloring book are of a more graphic novel or comic book style than some others I have seen. Backgrounds are generally extremely simple. It probably will appeal more to younger artists than to adults.

I was expecting the art to be more detailed ....looks a little basic but it has some really cute pics. Would be great for children and teens

This was a very disappointing coloring book and not anywhere near Dover's usual standards. For being a "Fairy Fashions" coloring book the detail on the clothes was very poor, the backgrounds bland and on some almost nonexistent. The backgrounds are also crudely drawn. Generally I like Dover's books but this was definitely disappointing.

I love to color and find that anytime I order from Amazon...If I need just a little
more $ to get the free shipping...I order myself a new Adult Coloring Book. It is a
Win Win Situation for both Amazon and myself.

I wrongly judged this book by the cover. The cover is beautiful, when you open it the drawings are ugly to me. Not cute or pretty by any means. Glad I only lost $3.95 maybe I can sell it.

I love this coloring book. I took it on an airplane with colored pencils. The pictures look great when you layer the colors.
