As Office Manger of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, I frequently buy the Faith Alive Bible for our youth. They love this Bible because of the languge it is written in - something they can understand. In addition, I have given it to folks new to the faith who have benefited immensely. As with the youth, they find the text so understandable and the side notes so beneficial. It literally makes one's "Faith Come alive" - no matter what the age.

I purchased this Bible to help teach youth confirmation class for grades 6-8. It is Christ centered and has excellent helps for understanding the Bible and the main message of the Bible, salvation in Christ. It has helpful notes and a summary of each book of the Bible, maps, glossary, index etc. Well worth the purchase.

I love this Bible. It's very sturdy, looks good, and the best part is all the notes inside. It's definitely a great study bible.

We use this Bible for our 3rd Grade Bible Class. We see this Bible as one that youth can use throughout their life. Although this updated edition is good, I liked the previous edition better. There seemed to be more in the previous edition to capture the hearts of young people.
