I really love the Ginkgo Garden tracks that I've enjoyed so much from the Buddha Lounge and Cafe De Luna series from Sequoia Records. But when I ordered this debut solo release from GG I didn't expect it to be so far beyond my expectations. The scope and range of this music from Eddy Mueller and crew is extraordinarily varied. From downtempo-chillout tracks (A Mystic Day in Mandalay/The Seafarer) to tribal trance (Padparadscha/Drums of Faith) to the progressive rock sensibilites of (The North Wind Pt. 1 & 2) to infecuous pop grooves (There is Love). Each song builds on its predecessor beautifully leaving the listener uplifted and inspired. This is a great title for letting loose and dancing joyously around the house either by yourself or with ones you love. Beautiful!

I love all the pieces on this CD

I have to say the tracks here are greatly uplifting. When the day is getting me down and stressed out this is a perfect pick-me-up. The melodies are soothing yet exciting and the vocals/lyrics are amazing. Glad to have it in my collection. I have also really been into World Groove Mix, Vol. 1 lately...great album as well.

I followed a trail of links here and am so glad to find this!!! I lost my copy of this and have been meaning for so long to get another - this is the ultimate pick me up when I start feeling like I'm going to start freaking out. The vocals are beautiful and the lyrics are inspirational without being weird. Thanks Amazon!!
