A Must Have! Best Ever!!! Praise and Worship at It's Finest!,

Uplifting, empowering, and encouraging lyrics. Excellent during the times when you are discouraged, disappointed, insecure, doubtful and faced with prayer response delays.Alvin's smooth booming voice reminds me sometimes of Luther Vandross. But make no mistake about it, Alvin is in a class all by himself. He is accompanied by diverse sounding music (traditional gospel, soft ballad, contemporary praise & worship) If you want a spirit filled album that will help you to forget your sorrows, encourage you to press on, and worship God without restraint. 15 TRACKS 71 minutes 45 seconds is well worth the cost. Track 1 My Joy - Fast upbeat moving song. Alvin gives the Lord credit for turning mourning into dancing, sorrow into joy, and makes a declaration to always worship Him for who He is = My Joy Track 2 ( Not a Song) Less than 2 minute testimony. Especially good for people whom have been praying for years and things seem to get worse instead of better. Gives one Hope to keep believing and praying. Track 3 My Joy Reprise Track 4 Launch Out - Encourages you to quit procrastinating and to quit fearing what's ahead. As the song says, "You never really knows just what what the future holds; but we know God holds us in his hands. So by faith we must climb into the boat and follow his commands. Launch out into the deep. Let your faith take you somewhere that you've never been before." Ballad like tempo Track 5 When I Praise - Reminds us that when we praise, the Lord hears us, our heaviness can't stay mountains move, heaven stops, and seasons change. When we praise, in spite of our circumstances, we give the Lord a chance. Ballad like tempo Track 6 God Can Do Anything - God can do Anything. God can Heal Anything. God Can Move Anything. God can Do Anythig but Fail.Upbeat sort of traditional gospel sound. Track 7 Worshippers - Challenges the listener to be a true worshipper. Close your eyes and allow yourself to bask in the music as Alvin defines worship and asks, "Are you one?" Acknowledges God as being our Shield and Shelter from Every Storm. He's our covering as we lean in the shadow of His Wings. Hosanna!! Track 9 Sacrifice Praise Reprise - Hosanna! We lift His Name and again ask him to receive our praise Track 10 This I Know / I Have Decided to Follow Jesus Medley - Alvin makes a commitment to the Lord to serve him with his whole heart.he has experienced one of life's joys of of holding a new born baby and one of life's sorrows the death of his mother but yet he decides to follow Jesus. Alvin reminds us that no matter how our lives wists and turns that God is our Provider and Strong Tower. He reminds us to Stand Firm. Track 11 Lord I Run To You - Reminds us that there is nothing to hard for God. The following lyrics says it best: Lord I run to you. No one else will do. Lord you said we'd face trouble, pain ,and fears but to be of good cheer. Be of good cheer. For you have overcome the world. I lift mine eyes up to the mountains. Where does my help come from? it comes from you Lord. You are the maker of earth and heaven. And there is nothing that is too hard for you. Track 12 Latter Rain - Inspired from the book of Joel. We serve a God of the supernatural not the mundane. Get ready for change. Vision young men and women prophesying. Receive God's anointing, feel the winds of change blowing, and allow the Spirit of God to live in you. Track 13 Made Me Glad - (Hillsong Classic song) He has delivered me from all fears " He has set my feet upon a rock. I will not be moved. And I'll say of the Lord You are my shield, my strength My portion, deliverer My shelter, strong tower My very present help in time of need." Track 14 Wave of My Anointing (Fresh Wind) - Urban sound Alvin tells us that God is shaking this generation, tearing down the walls, setting the captives free, bringing liberty, healing the broken hearted, taking away shame, bringing restoration in the power of His Name by the way of a fresh wind. Track 15 Faith Is the Key - Faith is the substance of things hoped for. The evidence of things not seen. I bought this cd during a very dark time in my life. The cd helped me to gain strength and know that God cares, He hears, and will enable me to overcome. All I have to do is just have faith and continue to trust Him to perform his Word. This cd changed my life and I am ever grateful to God for using Alvin. May God bless this cd and enable others to hear this and be forever changed. I'm giving this to friends and any one I know who needs to be blessed.

Alvin has become my favorite. His voice is annointed and awesome. His style of music is nothing less than awesome. I atually sing some of his songs when called upon to sing at my church. I especially love "Wave of Annointing.
