Fala Brasil!
This is an excellent textbook for learning Brazilian Portuguese. It is written entirely in Brazilian Portuguese, and offers plenty of great explanations and exercises for learning both formal and colloquial language. There is also a useful "cadero de exercícios" available from Atlantico Books! This book is appropriate if you have a decent Portuguese-English...

This is an excellent textbook for learning Brazilian Portuguese. It is written entirely in Brazilian Portuguese, and offers plenty of great explanations and exercises for learning both formal and colloquial language. There is also a useful "cadero de exercícios" available from Atlantico Books! This book is appropriate if you have a decent Portuguese-English dictionary, like this one: Michaelis Dicionario Escolar: Eng/Portuguese; and some understanding of Romance Languages, like a decent level of Spanish, French, or Portuguese.

This is one of the best books out there for learning Brazilian Portuguese! It would help to have some kind of auditory accompaniment to help with pronunciation!
