"Excelent flowers, my girlfriend was so happy, very fresh so amazing, they arrived within two days of ordering, such a great service, beautiful mix of color and texture so many of them and the box is really good came with 2 packages of flower food, so they can last longer, they look so great!"

I bought these for my sister for her birthday. I'm told the flowers were lovely and arrived fresh-looking. That being said, I selected a delivery date when ordering, then got notification five days early that they were being prepared to ship. I contacted customer service for the flower market three times asking for verification that they would not ship until my order date. I got no response. It wasn't until I stated I was leaving somewhat negative feedback that they responded, and had no explanation for the shipping issue.

Did not see the product... Ordered it for Valentine's day for my wife who was travelling in the USA... She got it on time and loved the arrangement... Was quite happy with the bouquet... Unfortunately she could not send me a snap, so I cannot comment on how it looked... But thanks to falcon farms for making my day...

I sent this to someone special and they really loved it. Not to mention it was delivered the next day (which I requested).

I sent this bouquet as a gift to friends for their hospitality. When ordering, there was no place for me to put a message or who it was from! We did not hear from our friends for some time and I wondered if they had actually received it or it had been left somewhere for them to find! I do not know what the bouquet looked like or what condition the flowers were in so I cannot really give an objective review. I just wish that I could have filled some kind of gift card message to go with it.

I ordered these flowers to cheer up a friend of mine. When I purchased them via Amazon, I was told the flowers would be delivered between the 17-22 of November. I had ordered the flowers on November 10Th and did not want to wait that long. I contacted Falcon Farms directly via email to ask if the flowers could be sent sooner. Falcon Farms had not yet received my order from Amazon, but told me if I could send them the order number they would process my order ASAP and get the flowers sent out. The NEXT day the gorgeous flowers arrived at my friend's house! Though I haven't seen a photo of the flowers, my friend tells me that they are beautiful and that the buds are nice and tight (meaning they will last a long time).

I use Amazon often, but this is only the second time I have written a customer review. I was so impressed with Falcon Farm's customer service; they were quick to respond to my emails and sent the flowers out quicker than I had hoped. I recommend Falcon Farm to anyone wanting to send flowers to a friend or loved one. They sell a high quality product at a fair price and provide great customer service. I will definitely be ordering flowers from them again.

Like some other reviews I've read, I was nervous about ordering from Falcon Farms. After looking at some of the dates on the reviews, I found that many of the negative reviews were significantly older than the recent reviews which were quite positive. I put my vote with the "Wow, I'm impressed!" camp. I will likely order my flowers this way on future purchases.

I sent these flowers as a gift and to my surprise they were delivered in two days despite a longer estimated delivery date. Actually it was 1.5 days delivery.

The flowers were reported to be beautiful. The recipient is a person trusted to give me an accurate assessment to inform me whether to purchase these flowers again.

I was a bit worried about ordering a bouquet from Falcon Farms, because I had read so many bad reviews. But I have to say that the flowers arrived exactly when I wanted them to arrive (two days after placing the order), they were hand delivered and I was told that they were in perfectly good condition and looked beautiful. The only thing I don't know at this point is how long they will last. I would definitely use Facon Farms again.
