After reading prior reviews I felt confident about placing this order since people mentioned next day delivery. But I did it late in the day on a Friday (for a birthday the following Wednesday) and was perturbed to see the order wouldn't go out until the following week. Then I got an acknowledgement email that said it would not ship until Tuesday, with a two to six day delivery window, i.e., Thursday at the earliest. Sigh!

To my amazed and more-than-pleased surprise, the flowers were actually delivered on Tuesday! According to my sister, they come direct from Honduras, Holland or Costa Rica ... hers came from Honduras. And that's the small part of this five-star rating.

The flowers were absolutely fresh, lavish/plentiful, beautiful, with wonderful colors ... everyone in her office raved about them, with one woman able to specifically identify a special Honduran rose she was familiar with. The price is great, too, especially in view of what you get.

I certainly know where I will be ordering flowers in the future. My sister, too. We're both completely thrilled and pleased.

I have ordered these flowers several times, and never been disappointed.
They arrive in perfect condiiton and have gotten nothing but compliments from the recipients!

I ordered these flowers from you and you notified Falcon Farms to supply this order and my Mom, who is very ill with breast cancer, was very, very pleased with her flowers and the vase that came with them! They were delivered within the time frame and before Mother's Day, as promised! I already wrote my review to Falcon Farms but I felt the need to let Amazon know they notified the right supplier and I will order flowers from them again! Way to Go Amazon.com!! Dianne D'Andrea

Once again Falcon Farms has shipped the most beautiful flowers. They were exactly as pictured and lasted 8 or 9 days. My wife loved them.

I've ordered from the other online flower sites before and am always disappointed in the quality you get for all the money you pay. Not at all the case with these flowers! I sent them to my best friend for her birthday and she said they were the most gorgeous flowers she's ever received! Very carefully packaged and delivered, the flowers arrived in top condition. The downside is that you can't specify shipping dates, but if that doesn't matter, just order a few days in advance or contact the company directly. The shipping is incredibly fast though, which worked out great! Beautiful flowers, great price, quick delivery....I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The shipping policies of this seller state:
"All in-stock items will arrive your doorstep Tuesday through Saturday "Fed Ex Standard Overnight" by 4:30 p.m., one business day after receipt of your order, following our ordering guidelines."
According to my mother who received a bunch of flowers now for the second time from this seller, the flowers are awesome and long lasting, but the delivery took approximately 2 days took longer than the shipping policies stated although these were supposedly in stock when I ordered.
Same happened last year when I ordered over this company, so when you order here, take a longer delivery time into account! When you do that, then the flowers are bound to please!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I purchased these flowers for my grandmother's birthday, but she never received them. When I contacted the company's cutomer service, I was told that the flowers were delivered, but no one was home, so they were left at the front door of the house (company doesn't have a receipt signature policy). I was also told that I cannot receive a refund or a delivery with signature. As far as I know any reputable company would leave a note to pick up their item from the local USPS if no one is home and would not leave it at the door. Hopefully Better Business Bureau resolves this issue.

Lovely flowers and fast shipping...all at a reasonable price. I sent these as a "thinking of you" gift and the recipient was delighted. I will buy this again!

I did not see the product, but the recipient advised me that it was very nice and it was delivered in a timely manner. What more could I ask for?
