This review is from: Fall from Grace: The Untold Story of Michael Milken (Hardcover)
Enjoyed this very much even though I have just read it and it refers to events which some may say have passed. The truisms which the book points out are never so now relevant but just get recycled ever so more quickly. If you avoid taking personal positions i.e. whether Milken was bad or a genius it provides a good insight into human behaviour.

This review is from: Fall from Grace: The Untold Story of Michael Milken (Hardcover)
Unlike the books by Bruck, Stewart, and Stein that paint Milken as an ogre, the author looks at the big picture and the motives of all the different participants. The most insightful section was how the author showed Milken's desire for privacy as the biggest contributor to his "Fall from Grace" |
