Wow! Well I first must say that this book is not for the shy. It is very erotic. The Love scenes, and there are several, are very,very descriptive. This book is an E-book and the only complaint I have was that I had to set at my computer and read it rather than in my nice comfy Laz-y-Boy recliner. Oh well you can't have everything.

This book is about a plus size woman. I loved that. She goes on a singles cruise with a friend. She soon realizes that she's not what everyone seems to be looking for. She wants to go hide in her room but its occupied by her friend so she ends up on deck. Little does she know that Troy is watching her. Troy is also on this cruise with a friend who is now occupied. Troy spots Angie and is imediately drawn to her. Now he has never been attracted to large women so this is a first, but there is just something about her that makes him flush with desire. They meet and sparks fly. They find that passion doesn't see dress sizes and when the cruise is over they are both left wanting more.

Troy trys to get over her but soon finds himself trying to find a woman like her again but only to realize that its more than her body that he wants. Angie and he meet by accident and the desire that they felt is still there but where Angie wants the whole fairy tale, Troy is determined not to marry. But when Angie turns up on another man's arm he can't see straight because of the hurt and jealous feelings coursing through his body.

This is a beautiful story of how love and passion are for all and how sometimes they right person for you is nothing like you've every wanted before.

I liked this book and plan on getting more from this author.

The fall of Troy is a comic, erotic read that barrels along at a laugh a minute. The heroine and her girlfriend (platonic) have set off on a singles' cruise to nowhere with the definite idea of getting "SOME". The friend has no problem meeting and meshing. . .several times! But Angie is a big, beautiful woman and she is quickly questioning her sanity in regards to this trip. In steps Troy, and all too soon, Angie is questioning whether she can live without this man who knows how to maneuver in bed and out of it. He's not shy to be seen with her in public, and that gleam in his eyes is pure lust! He can't keep his hands off her, and they spend three torrid nights and days together. Angie courageously lets Troy know that she is falling in love and wants more from him. . .is worthy of more than a hot love-boat affair. When Troy (who is fighting the attraction) reluctantly admits he is footloose and single, and is no way ready to take on a serious relationship, she makes a dignified retreat. when they meet up again, Troy is devestated to learn Angie is being courted by two men. Now its Troy's turn to turn up the heat. Ms. Lee's characters are down-to-earth and sooo human. There are no supermen or women. Just ordinary, three-dimensional people who are transparent with regards to their emotional vulnerability. This is true romance with love scenes that burn up the page. You'll look hard to find a more satisfying story. Don't let the cover full you. Home-girl's got it going on!

I've read other books that were about "bigger" women and they were...let's just say unfulfilling and not satisfying. But The Fall of Troy is VERY fulfilling and VERY satisfying and a gosh darn sizzlin' hot won't-stop-til-all-the-people-on-the-love-boat-having-sex-with-each-other-drop-book that just happens to have a heroine that is not a size 4. Reading about all the goingings-on on this boat was alone worth the price of the book.

I love books like this that starts off with a bang and I mean a BIG WET BANG! ...And the cherry on the topping is that Troy, as described in this e-book is that he's one delicious sounding, makes-your-skin-ache-for-his-touch so-georgeous-sounding-that-you-almost-forget-he's-a-fictional-character-hunk. If you're in the mood for some romance-for-grown-ups, The Fall of Troy is not to be missed. Full Bodied Charmer features a secondary character from The Fall of Troy and I liked FBC also but TFOT edges out ahead by a...boat!

I had never read anything from Marilyn Lee before The Fall of Troy, and I have to say I was very happy with the outcome of this story. You'll fall in love with both Troy and Angie through out the story. I devoured the whole story in one sitting. I simply could not walk away from it :) It had me smiling, crying and panting at times lol. A great read for anyone who likes to see the big gal get the sexy hero :) Definitely a great buy :) Don't pass this one up! You'll love it!!!

I just wanted to say that I had never read a story by Marilyn Lee and I just happended to pick out this title at random, but I'm glad that I did. This is a story about a plus size woman that was married at one point in time, but her husband died and now she is lonely, but she doesn't think that she can find a man to appreciate her like her husband did. Now enter in Troy who went on this cruise with his friend not with the intention of finding a woman but he ended up meeting Angie. Needless to say the sparks begin to fly and the relationship between these two individuals begins. Be prepared for some very steamy lovescences, but there is romance in this story as well. I think that this story was a very enjoyable read and I would recommend it to anyone. Also, if you like vampire stories try our Marilyn's "BloodLust" series. It is very good and the story is currently on its fourth installment.

I enjoyed the story until it got near the end. Troy and was a great hero. Marilyn Lee did a good job making us see that the was a good guy. I liked Angie at the begining of the story. She meets this great guy (Troy) who she falls in love with while on a orgy cruise. He doesn't want to commit (hmmm, looking for commitment after boinking a guy for a few days on an orgy cruise, go figure), so she breaks up with him. She meets up with him again later when his company hires her company to design their website. They kind of get back together then she thinks that maybe he loves her but won't admit it. Then Troy's best friend and business partner hatches a plan with Angie to make Troy jealous so he'll admit he loves her. This is where the story lost it for me. I really liked the story and Angie until this point where she became manipulative. Made me want Troy to giver her the boot and find someone else. I was actually hoping that they didn't get the "happily ever after" that all romances have, he didn't deserve a manipulative beeaach as a wife. It's hard to enjoy a book when you don't like one of the protaganists. So 4 stars for the first 3/4 of the book and 1 star for the last 1/4.

I do have to say that I will give Marilyn Lee another try. Hopefully some of her newer books have stronger heroines.

I often will not buy a book because the cover...It is hard for me to forget the picture on the cover when I am reading. When I saw the cover for this e-book, I was turned off but her other stories were wonderful so I tried it. WOW!!! What a book! Not only does it make you feel comfortable in your own skin, it is a sexy and fun book!! I love how the main character works Troy!!! THUMBS UP for this one!!!

What a joy this book was to discover. Being a large woman, I've long ago grown tired of reading romances about tiny, perfect women getting the man. In this book, the woman is beautiful and large, knows what she wants, and she gets her man. And what a man. He's a handsome, [sexually aroused] blond with a great body and blue-green eyes to die for.

I like romances that aren't afraid to describe a love scene. The love scenes in this book are some of the most erotic I've ever read.

Hmm. A book about a big gal with hot love scenes? This is the first I've read that included both those elements and I was very satisfied. I can't wait to read the follow up.

If you're not a perfect size 10 and want to read an erotic romance featuring a woman who looks a little more like you than most women in today's romances, this is the book for you. This book starts off with a bang and I do mean bang. I was fanning myself long before I finished the first chapter. The hero is hot and sexy, his lady full-figured and determined not to settle for anything less than she deserves. The love scenes and the conflict were very erotic and realistic. Not being a size ten or even a twleve, I really enjoyed reading about a woman who I could identify with. You won't want to miss this one.
