About the Author

Dr. FRANK CHASE, JR., a native of Baltimore, Maryland, served in the United States Army and is now an ordained Minister at Emmanuel Church International in Decatur, Alabama. Frank also serves as a contributing writer and editor for the church's newsletter, The Flame. Also as a Minister, he has served as a teacher, counselor, mentor and leader in men's ministries and is also a noted conference speaker. He is a graduate of Washington State University and has a BA degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology. Frank also has a BA and Masters degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology. Frank has authored and published numerous religious and relationship articles for newspapers, online magazines and print media. He has appeared on many television and radio programs as a recurring guest. Frank lives with his wife Teresa in Alabama and is the father of six children. Mr. Chase currently works as senior aviation writer on Army Helicopters for the Department of the Army's monthly publication, PS Magazine, LOGSA, located at Redstone Arsenal, Al.

Dr. FRANK CHASE, JR., author of False Roads To Manhood, What Women Need To Know; What Men Need To Understand is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, where he grew up with a storied past that's a journey from raggedy brokenness to continued rich wholeness in God's grace and love. He considers himself a miracle because at birth he weighed only two pounds and lived to tell speak about it. Dr. Chase is the president of FC Publishing, LLC. Dr. Chase works for the government as a senior aviation writer for the Department of the Army. He's a four-year veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Chase has also served as a teacher, counselor, mentor and leader in men's ministry for twenty years. He's earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology from Washington State University in 1989. Dr. Chase has a BA in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in Theology from North Carolina College of Theology (NCCT) and has earned his Doctorate in Theology from NCCT. He has authored and published numerous religious and relationship articles for newspapers, online magazines and print media. When I read False Roads to Manhood, it was hard to believe that this was the writer's first book. It is written in the caliber of a very well-seasoned author. Mr. Chase was anointed by God to write this book. The information presented is valuable, and I believe that this book can even be used as a non-traditional sociology textbook. I couldn't read it quickly, because it is loaded with insight, information, and inspiration that I could only process bit by bit. Although it focuses on men, women will benefit from it as well. I highly recommend it to other readers interested in this subject matter.

This is a very compelling and in-depth book about the shortcoming of men and how to overcome these shortcomings. Mr. Chase gets to the root of the problem in a non-threatening and very candid approach. A must have for any man that wants to improve his spiritual life or needs deliverance in some areas. A very good read.
