Tal y como la misma Fey lo dice al final de la lista de agradecimientos, llego para quedarse.

"FALTAN LUNAS" es definitivamente el trabajo que muchos de sus fans estabamos esperando desde hace años. "FEY" le dio un exito rotundo y una proyección internacional. "TIERNA LA NOCHE" reafirmó ese exito y la convirtió en una de las cantantes jóvenes más celebradas de Latinoamerica. Sus conciertos eran apodéicos (Lleno varias veces el Auditorio Nacional de la Ciudad de México, cosa que no cualquier artista logra). "EL COLOR DE LOS SUEÑOS" fue la continuación del exito que los primeros dos discos le habian encontrado. El crecimiento es inevitable y era imposible que Fey se quedara estancada en la edad de los niños, ella tambien estaba destinada a convertirse en una mujer y experimentar el amor y la pasion, escalar al siguiente escalon de la vida y con ella también creció su musica. Casi cuatro años después llegó con "VERTIGO", un disco que expoloró mucho mas terreno del que nadie imagino que una simple cantante de "pop-juvenil" pudiese. Madura, sofisticada, hasta cierto punto obscura y nueva, esta era la Fey que estaba de regreso no como niña sino como mujer. Ya no tuvo el exito que sus discos anteriores, pero la calidad de ese trabajo no se comparaba con nada. "LA FUERZA DEL DESTINO" la trajo de nuevo a la luz, grandes exitos de Mecano, musica fresca, solo Fey podía darse el lujo de rendirles un homenaje. "FALTAN LUNAS" nos trajo la Fey de los 90's, con, se puede decir 'un estilo mas sofisticado sin perder la esencia de quien es ella'. La musica se hace para disfrutarse y Fey sabe como hacerlo a la perfeccion. Con este disco se convierte en algo asi como la "Kylie Minogue" mexicana (odio las comparaciones pero es inevitable y hasta cierto punto agradable ya que la carrera de Kylie tambien tubo sus altos y bajos pues ella tambien empezo como una cantante de "bubblegum pop" y ahora, aun en el pop, ha encontrado el lado maduro que lo hace facil de disfrutar para adultos y jovenes por igual).

En resumen, es el mejor trabajo de Fey, las letras son buenas, la musica es divertida pero sin caer en la mediocridad de lo que a su edad seria pop para chiquillos de 10-13 años de edad. Mi canción favorita es "Tres Razones" pero el disco se disfruta. Se baila, esta movido, de vez en cuando tiene su balada con liricas fuertes pero que no caen en el abismo de la melancolia ya que despues de esa baladita te espera otra cancion para echar a mover el esqueleto mientras le cantas al amor, al abandono, de vez en cuando al fracaso amoroso pero más que nada a la felicidad.

MUY BUEN DISCO, NO EL MEJOR, PERO COMO DICE FEY "FALTAN LUNAS POR VIVIR..." Y MUCHOS DISCOS POR VENIR EN LOS CUALES SEGURAMENTE IRA MEJORANDOSE HASTA LA PERFECCION PUES PERSONALMENTE CREO QUE SU MEJOR MOMENTO AUN ESTA POR VENIR. COMPRA ESTE DISCO, DISFRUTALO, IDENTIFICATE Y DEJATE LLEVAR AL RITMO DE LA MUSICA QUE ES LO UNICO QUE IMPORTA ! :)

FALTAN LUNAS is exactly what you'd expect from Fey. Well sung, well produced and enjoyable. Worth a listen. In the spectrum of Fey albums, I liked it better than Tierna La Noche, but not quite as much as El Color de Los Suenos or La Fuerza Del Destino. A bit slower in tempo and not quite as "dancey" as her earlier CD's. Best tracks, in my opinion, are TRES RAZONES and the title track. Still has that great, "techno-pop" feel to the whole album. Another solid performance from start to finish!

CD includes lyrics. All in all, I'd give it FOUR STARS and say that FALTAN LUNAS is a good buy!

Sinceramente, si te gusta el pop/electronico en español, te encantara "Faltan Lunas." Todas las canciones estan muy bien cuidadas y con una exelente calidad. Puedes escuchar este disco varias veces y no te cansaras de escucharlo, tiene un exelente balance de canciones.

El sonido no es estan agresivo como "Vértigo," ni tan pop como "El Color de Los Sueños," "Faltan Luans" tiene un sonido muy fresco y divertido. Pero tambien incluye unas exelentes baladas que te llegan, por ejemplo "Como un Ángel" y "Si tengo Miedo," donde Fey realmente les pone sentimiento como ella lo sabe hacer.

Las canciones que más me gustaron fueron: "Como un Ángel," "Faltan Lunas," "La Ultima Gota," "Volar Otra Vez," y "Si Tengo Miedo." Es uno de esos discos que puedes escuchar de principio a final.

I do not have to say anything about the songs in depth, all I know is that Fey is back. If you loved Vertigo, if you thought it was absolute perfection, then you will be in for a treat with this album. Non stop beats, pure straight dance music. And if you loved Veritgo, but missed the happy go lucky loving sound of her first albums, then you will be in absolute heaven. Fey's latest album is pretty much the musical excellence of Veritgo with the optimism and good feelings from her first albums.

When Fey said she wanted to make music for her fans and for the children, I didn't believe her. I thought she'd make something as lackluster as her "Mecano cover" album. I was dead wrong, Fey delivered, BUY THIS ALBUM, BUY IT IF IT'S THE LAST THING YOU DO. Album of the YEAR until Yaida Hitomi or Otsuka Ai come out with something new.

This isn't your typical reggaeton latin pop garbage, Shakira fans, stay away. And if you liked La Oreja De Van Gogh's latest trash [mind you, I loved their first albums] you'll hate this too

In fact, if you like Spanish music in general, just stay away. But if you love Fey, or you just LOVE dance music and hate how it's dead in America, then GET THIS ALBUM.

En si, "Faltan Lunas" es un buen disco, pero nunca podra superar la gran magia de "Vertigo". "Faltan Lunas" es un mezcla de retroprestiva y algo futurista musicalmente. Algunas rolas tienen un sonido medio 90ero, algo asi como "Fey" o "Tierna La Noche". Sin embargo, a algunas rolas que tienen tintes muy electronicos un poco a-la "Vertigo", pero nunca llegan a ser com tal.

En este album, Fey ya se nota mas madura! Aunque Fey sigue hablando del amor o desamor [en el caso de "Y Aqui Estoy"], hoy lo hace con mas tonalidad madura. Un ejemplo es "Como un angel" [en lo personal: mi cancion favorita]. No solo es la letra que hace atractiva a esta cancion, si no tambien la melodia. Es como entrar en un "trance" de recuerdo bagos pero muy apreciados por el ser humano. Otra de las canciones que sobre-salen de este album es "Entre dos". La profundida de esta rola no supera a "Como un angel" pero si le hace par. Otras canciones que sobre-salen por su melodia y no tanto por su letra son "Solo por bailar", "Me has vuelto loca", "Volar otra vez", y "La ultima gota". Como habre con una gran rola, "Faltan Lunas" tambien cierra tal. "Si tento miedo" es la rola mas sublime de este album. Tanto la musica como la letra atrae al oido.

Como dije, "Faltan Lunas" nunca podra sobre pasar la obra maestra de "Vertigo", pero si hace justicia a la carrera de Fey. En lo personal: este disco me gusta mucho y esa es la razon por que le doy 5 estrellas.

I have been a fan of Fey since her 1st album. I have to say that her albums just keep getting better, like this one. This is the music that make you wake up in the morning and dance all thru the day! This Pop album is full of energy and techno-emotions.

Fey you have done again! Thank You for Your Music!

This album was released in 2006 and unfortunately the label EMI and FEY didn't want to promote the album; I think that is a cute and nice electrpop-electroacoustic disc with enjoyable tracks. First of all..i have to say that FEY released in 2002 an unsuccesful but excellent (her best album) disc in english-spanis very electronic dance called "VERTIGO", so later, when shesigned with EMI, the new label made her did an album of covers of 80's spanish band Mecano in 2004, so in 2006 a lot of Feyfans were excited thinking that maybe Fey will be back to electronic experiments, Fey did not back exactly to experimental pop but she di not make also teen poppy songs, so this was a different style of album...musically very similar to "la fuerza del destino (mecano{s cd of covers) but this time with covers of most unknown songs of singers from Sweden, England or even Korea, all of them in spanish and produced once again by Carlos Jean (he produced her previous "FUERZA DEL DESTINO"

It is a nice album which starts with an electropop song called AQUI ESTOY, which talks about a girl abandoned by her boyfriend thinking that mybe in a near future will find love again, the song is ok.

ME HAS VUELTO LOCA is the 2nd song, very electropop with acoustic guitars, very nice song with light lyrics

COMO UN ANGEL is the third song and i a beautiful and ethereal ballad, very emotive and really nice, it adapted and co-wrotten by Fey too, is a really beautiful electropop-acoustic ballad !!! Definitely one of te best songs of the album, you have to listen it !

The most electropop song in the album is FALTAN LUNAS, the 4th song, the lyrics are simple but nice and the sound is great

Talking about the ballads on this album, all of them are electroacoustic and all are beautifull, they are TRES RAZONES, ENTRE DOS and VOLAR OTRA VEZ, all of them are nice, with love lyrics and good bits.

The more electropop songs are really great, for example LA ÚLTIMA GOTA, a song between ballad and electropop, is really nice, later there is SOLO POR BAILAR, really electropop and danceable !!!! great and awesome song !!! YO DECIDO is an ok electropop song.

At last you will find the song that closes the album and is called SI TENGO MIEDO, this is areally special song, one of those in this disc which is not a cover, it was written by a Swiss guy and offered to FEY and the lyrics are beautifull and ethereal !!!! perfect and charm song with asound betweeen electropop-ballad and a littrle bit of chill out, perfect to close the album.

This is A GOOD album, MAYBE NOT HER BEST BUT is one of their bests, really enjoyable and with a lot of good tracks, it is sad that Fey did not promote this cd, so if you caN BUY IT OR DOWNLOAD LEGALLY , DO IT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED, Also if you like Fangoria, Belanova, Moenia or Kylie Minogue (FEY is always compared with K: Minogue) you will definitely love this ALBUM

I am listening to this album as I write this review. When I listen to Fey sing I go that special place, you know the one. She puts herself into every song she sings.

Best Fey album to date. my favorite Fey album has always been "Vertigo", til I recently bought "Faltan Lunas". You can tell that she has worked hard on this CD and it shines through many of the songs. The first single, "Y Aqui Estoy", sets the mood for the rest of the cd. It dance, it's hype, it's techno...it's Fey.
The best songs include:
Y Aqui Estoy- First single, really movable song. it's about a breakup, so it's empowering, and wonderful
Faltan Lunas- Title track song. The song talks about having more than enough time to love. Fast song and you regret that it ended so quickly.
Me Has Vuelto Loca- Another great song, reminds me of the "El Color De Los Suenos" days.
Como Un Angel- Such a well put together song. The steady flow makes it sound both relaxing and warm
Si Tengo Miedo- A ballad, well sort of. It's a great way to end the album with such powerful lyrics.

If you liked "La Fuerza Del Destino" then you'll love this CD because it has that style, but maximized to it's fullest potential!
