One of the worst books I've ever read.,

I'm not saying the Moral Majority sponsored this book, but if it had it wouldn't surprise me in the least. The book claims to be a "critical" review of Falwell, but it is actually a painfully lopsided love letter to the founder of the Moral Majority. The author spares no opportunity to chastise liberals, especially liberal Christians, throughout the book. The liberal-bashing becomes unendurably tedious in a short order. D'Souza also presents his absurd (and often irrelevant) opinions as facts over and over again. Did you know the U.N. hates children? Yep, it's true. It says so in here. Anyone looking for genuine insight into the life of Falwell should look elsewhere.
