This is one of my favorite Bowie hits. It has a punchy, driving beat overlaid with simple but powerful bass and brass accents. The lyrics are simple but never become irritating or tiresome. The basic beat repeats throughout the tune with only minor syncopated variations. This song is mostly about rhythm so if you love a good solid, driving drum beat you will probably like this song. There are plenty of percussive uses of instruments in very creative combinations (including Bowie's voice).
