I had this as a teenager on vinyl, and I just repurchased this on CD - great songs, although the lack of the rest of series songs (or the fact that only season 1 is on DVD) seems like a giant teaser for what hasn't been released. Hopefully by the time of the 2009 film's Fall release, the rest of the tv series and an additional CD release is in the cards

Now that the redone Fame movie is being released this month, I have taken a trip down memory lane and one of my most watched TV shows: Fame. My favorite song on this soundtrack is "Desdamona" even though the lead singer (character Danny) is featured in it and he doesn't have the strongest voice. I am SO buying this on CD!!!

I'm trying to find a song that Debbie Allen and Albert Hague sang together on the television show Fame and was looking for the soundtrack, found this, but it doesn't list the songs. The words were about a TRAIN. "There's a train that's going my way, are ya on it?" Can anyone help. I'd purchase this one if I only knew if this song was on it, but it's not listed. Thanks,
