Zach Wright is a big city reporter who is ordered by his boss to take a break from the government conspiracy piece he is writing by reporting on a flood in a small town. He is involved in an automobile accident along the way, and is rescued by a mystery woman. Rebecca is a local chef and Zach's mysterious rescuer. Although sparks fly when they meet and Zach learns who she is, Rebecca has no interest in dating. Can she overcome her fear? Or will Mr. Wright get away?
