5.0 out of 5 stars The Family Creative Workshop, May 28, 2000
By constance conard (Neptune Beach, Florida) - See all my reviews
This is a set of 23 books and an index when complete. They are wonderful! If you are a creative person or ever wanted to be this is for you. They cover every craft known to this world from acrylics to the art of toy making. If you are a person who loves the enviroment these books are eviromental friendly with lots of hands on projects for the kids. As an educator of k-12 I use these at every level. I even used them myself with art projects in college. I never will run out of ideas. Many artist of the time are also featured in these books. This is a must have for artist, hippies, teacher (exspecillay art teachers) and any person who is creative or wants to be.

5.0 out of 5 stars TIME CAPSULE MATERIAL, October 29, 2003
By A Customer
Simply put, this is by far the best series of books ever done (and beautiful) on the entire subject of crafts. Like me, I'm sure you will constantly be delighted and enthralled by the incredible and diverse number of topics covered. This is a series to be treasured and passed from generation to generation.

5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding -- Simply the Best!, June 15, 2009
It just doesn't get any better than this. Somebody said "time-capsule" material, and it truly is. Each book in the series is a treasure trove of information, insight, to say nothing about all the fantastic, intriguing, often unusual crafts we can perform today. The pictures alone are a sight for sore eyes. If you can get the entire 24 volume set, great. If not, one or more books from the series will be a delight.
