I bought a Yamata Feiyeu Family Steam Press back in February and used 5 times before it stopped working. I have tried calling the phone number that came with the product literature but they do not answer it.(888-833-4983) I wish Miele or Bosch would manufacture one similar.

This product worked well for two months but then it suddenly stopped heating. Perhaps I can convert it to an easel for my artwork. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this model.

I bought one few months ago, 1/2 of press does not heat, no body to contact, seller's(E-Fotune INC., CA ) #'s are disconnected, as of today. Left several messages before, no response, & send an email today, hopefully some one would help me.
