ALL THE RECIPES ARE EASY TO PREPARE, WELL WRITTEN SO EASY TO FOLLOW AND OF COURSE - THEY ARE DELCIOUS DISHES. THEY ARE ALL SO WONDERFUL, MY FAMILY LOVES THEM. I am so glad I got this cook book. It is soo easy to read and follow which is fantastic. I love how it tells you whether the recipe is going to be easy or more complex. The majority of them are easy so it's great for those of us who are on limited time but want something delicious to serve. It would also be a great asset for someone who is learning how to cook or not so skilled in the kitchen. I love how she gives advice and little stories to let you know more about the recipe. I have alot of cook books and this is the first one that I have that gives you a lil insight. This is a must in any kitchen.
