Ehrlich's book is a great overview of legal issues in the Family Law Sector. It provides a brief history at the beginning of each chapter and then provides legal analysis of the issue and also some social debates. The topics in the book include Same-sex marriage, divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, domestic violence, and the divorce process. This book provides a succinct and easy to understand explanation of family law issues. Ehrlich also provides information for paralegals in the actual process of filing forms and atual legal work including, client interviewing and other skills. I highly recommend this book!

I got my book quickly and it was in great condition. There was no writing in it, no dog-eared pages, and no creases in the spine.

Wonderful book. Learned so much about family law especially as it relates to marriages, property and children.

I am pleased with my book. It arrived a day before my class started (two days before I was told it would) and as the seller said, there were no markings or highlights in the book.

By the seller's description I thought the book would be in better shape. It was heavily marked up and highlighted, it had torn pages and there was still post-its left from the previous owner. I expected "used" but, for the price, not this used.
