Deep, good, surprisingly honest, June 11, 2006
This review is from: Family Man (Paperback)
The author does a very good job letting us in underneath the skin of a man that finds himself, all of a sudden in the position mothers find themselves from the beginning of times. How one sorts out the obstacles and adapts to a new normalcy are major parenting tasks that -should- go beyond gender.
I will start reading all her other books.

GOOD BUT PREDICTABLE..., April 25, 2007
This review is from: Family Man (Paperback)
I ENJOYED THIS BOOK. IT TOOK A GOOD LOOK AT THIS MAN'S LIFE WHO FINDS HIMSELF ALONE AFTER HIS WIFE WALKS OUT ON HIM, AND HOW HE COPES WITH RAISING HIS SON AND LIFE IN GENERAL. THE ONE THING IS THAT THROUGHOUT THE BOOK, I ALREADY KNEW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, ITS TO PREDICTABLE.
WORTH THE READ...
