This product is a great deal. The colors really pop out but my markers were dried out in the package and there was a scratch on the glass. Bought new markers and it looks amazing, still has the scratch but the thing was cheap so I didn't bother trying to exchange it.

I think the other reviewer are being too hard on this item. The price is very good (best I could find) and it works as advertised. It is very bright and looks great. As one of the other reviewers mentioned the glass looked lightly scratched when I opened it. But you can't see the light scratches when it has writing on it so who cares.

This would make a great refrigerator message board (just glue magnets to it). You could leave it off most of the time but when you wanted to leave a message or reminder you could write your message and turn it on -- you certainly can't ignore this neon sign.

The seller was also good to work with. I though mine was broken when I got it because I kept pushing a bright silver button on the front and it wouldn't come on. The seller offered to ship me a new one but after a few emails back and forth with the seller I found out there was black on/off switch on the side that I needed to push--and problem solved.

My mom wanted this as a gift for entertaining and she loves it. She uses it as a menu board and writes everything she will be serving on it. I expected it to be a little brighter and thought maybe putting a darker background behind it would help but she just likes it to sit on the wall and it does the job. Its fun!

It may be smaller than you think. Please check the size before you buy. It is working and has several lighting mode. It is kind of cute. But if you want to use it for your coffee shop or for your restaurant, you may have to think of another one. It works with AAA battery power, so it runs out quickly if you use it all day long.
