1.0 out of 5 stars Misrepresentation of culture!, April 9, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: A Family in Morocco (Families the World Over Series) (Library Binding)
In this book which follows a family in Morocco, we see no running water, donkeys used for plows, children in slave clothing working hard, but we also see children watching TV, kids at a beach, and playing soccer. Although this book has some good points, it is outdated and not recommended to teach the culture to children. There are many newer books that could be used instead!
