I was pleased with the product. It was cute and informative. I bought it for my youngest granddaughter who was born in Texas so she could learn about famous Texas women. She shared it with her classmates.

This papaper doll set is not only very pretty, but educational as well.
I am using this set in my homeschooling in History.
It is a wonderful set, and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

This is a great set of paper dolls. I am always impressed with Tom Tierney's drawings as well as all of the research he puts into his books. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone looking for information on Texas women and of course paper dolls.

I consider all Tierney paper dolls books as collectible items rather than something that will actually get cut up and used for play. This one, Famous Texas Women, has at least one glaring error: it gives dates for Jayne Mansfield as 1933-1957 (which would make her only 24 when she died)! She actually died in June of 1967. I bought the book to give as a gift; now, I may have to keep it for myself!
