I received the correct board in perfect shape. The delivery was quick & easy.

This controller took 15 minutes to install and worked as soon as power was turned on. It was an easy replacement for my 25 year old controller with a bad relay.

Received the item from the seller within the promised time frame. The controller came with complete installation instructions that made removal and replacement of the defective board staightforward; no special tools or experience required. The ease of replacement made the cost savings over a HVAC repairman's visit and local priced replacement parts even more enjoyable.

When I needed a new Fan Blower Control Circuit Board for my Bryant furnace I first called the furnace repair store & was told it would cost $350 without installation. After some research online I found out the board I had was obsolete and this ICM board was a direct replacement. I was a little leary about it but decided to try it. After receiving the new board by UPS in a few short days I installed it in my furnace. It fit right in and worked perfectly & $300 dollars cheaper to boot!!!

My original fan controller card got a hole burned into it during a component meltdown. Ordered replacement fan controller from Amazon. It shipped promptly and I received exactly what was ordered. When installed my system still did not work. But tech support from the card manufacturer guided me through troubleshooting and had the issue (my thermostat) identified within 10 minutes over the phone!! When I replaced the old mercury switch thermostat everything worked great! Sweet deal and saved BIG $$$!!!
