The cables are very good and since they are flexible, they work very well with my entertainment center. The only problem is the cables extra wide because of the strain relief attached to the connector ends of the cable. Since the connectors are extra wide, I cannot attach these side by side on my HDMI video switch. My TV stacks the HDMI connectors instead of placing them side by side and these cables are fine when stacked. So if you have your HDMIs side by side, you may want to think twice when ordering, but if you have your HDMIs stacked, these cables are awesome.

I recently purchased this HDMI cable to compliment my new Blu Ray player. Withing a few days, the picture and sound quality that was once perfect, degraded to several issues. The video and sound continuously cut in and out. Upon closer inspection, the weight of the cable itself caused the end to loosen. I contacted Fanatic Digital, assuming that they would honor their warranty. I e-mailed them two weeks ago with no response. During that span, I attempted to contact them several times more, with no reply. At least Amazon is refunding my purchase. Maybe my cable had a small defect, but due to the lack of customer service, I doubt that I will make another purchase from Fanatic Digital.

I've installed and many different HDMI cables over the years (spent some time as a home theater installer) and I have to say, for the price, this is the most durable cable I've seen. On par with the very high end Monster cables as far as insulation and jacket and quality of the connectors.

As far as picture quality goes, unless this is the first HDMI cable review you've ever read, you'll know that picture quality is usually pretty standard across the board, and the case here is no different. 1080p looks crisp and clear. Sound comes through flawlessly.

This cable is also rated to be compatible with future standards, so for the price, you'd be cheating yourself by getting a different cable. If you need an HDMI connection, get this.

Yes, all HDMI cables are all the same in theory -- they send 1s and 0s across the cable and you either get the picture, or you don't.

However, I have noticed with some of my cheaper cables that the physical quality of the cable degrades over time. One of my cheapo cables ($2.99) had the rubber boot of the plug come off because it was cheaply made. I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a cable that will actually last when I unplug it from the TV.

So I was on the hunt to buy a cable that was "monster quality" for cheap. Monster has great cables, but they're not with the price for what you get. I found HDMI King had pretty cheap cables, and this one fit the bill. It actually had sleeving, rubber covers for the plugs (that don't come off!) and plastic covers for the ends so they don't get dirty.

It works just like any other HDMI cable does, but I don't have to worry about carrying spares because this one will actually last. If you plan on plugging in your devices to the TV once and never moving it, just buy whatever HDMI cable is cheap, because they're all the same.

I wanted quality so I went with HDMI King's Imperial cable, which is Monster quality without the Monster price.

Fast shipping, I tested this cable on my Sharp 46" LCD TV with PS3 and did not notice a difference from my $55 HDMI cable from BestBuy. Moreover this one is double insulated. Will definitely buy this brand again.

One of the biggest places people waste money is on cables. Almost any electronics store you walk into will have a shelf full of cables all priced ridiculously high and all offering amazing features and benefits. Paying full price for cables is stupid and rarely leads to better quality picture or sound.

However, when purchasing budget you should be aware of build quality. There are many budget cables that while they perform well often are poorly made with loose fitting boots or thin cut prone jackets. I am happy to say that this cable has neither problem. This is simply put one of the best examples of budget cable done right. Thick strong jacket with an attractive and well designed connector. Please, don't waste money on monster cables or other expensive cables. Pick this thing up, plug it in, and don't look back 100% A+++ perfection!

This is my first HDMIKing product and my second HDMI cable (the other HDMI cable I own is a Monster Cable, so my overall impression of the HDMIKind is based on my previous experience with that cable). After seeing the high price of HDMI cables at the store I was skeptical of the quality of this cable (as well as all the other cables on Amazon in this price range, since a really crappy HDMI cable at the store runs $30 and a mid-level cable runs $70 for 6ft., and of course they go way up from there), but this cable really delivered on quality and performance.

Long story short, like many people looking at this cable I didn't feel like paying a huge price for an HDMI cable, but at the same time I didn't want to get a poor quality cable either. This cable exceeded my expectations in both construction and value. For a side by side comparison to a Monster, in terms of an overall visual impression of quality and construction, it seems to be just as well made. At least as well made as Monster Cable's 500 series HDMI cables.

Quality of construction aside, the overall picture and sound that it offers is excellent. Switching between this and a Monster Cable 500 offered the same picture and sound quality, with no noticeable difference.

I was concerned about the double insulation making for a very stiff cable, but it really isn't that stiff. I've seen a lot stiffer double insulated cables. It's only slightly stiffer then a standard cable. Not stuff enough to really make a difference.

For price and quality, you really can't beat it. It's a great product at a great price. I'm sure people could argue about what cable is theoretically better based on the technical specs., but in a real world application I can honestly say I didn't see a difference between this cable and the more expensive one.

Buy this cable if you want a quality HDMI gold plated 6ft cable that is well designed, durable and works great.

Finally received the HDMI cables ordered. Ordered 3 of them for 2 DVRs and a PS3 console at the house. Product is as described and pictured. It came with plastic caps to protect the gold-plated tips. Good quality cables without the Monster Cable price. Time will tell if these cables will last and be as good as Monster Cable. Only wish it comes in different lengths and also in a black pattern. Blue is not too bad though.
