4.0 out of 5 stars Fanatica Rocks, November 18, 2008
This review is from: Fanatica (Audio CD)
Hi, I wanted to say that I think this is a pretty good single for a pretty good track. Myself, I prefer one of the remixes of Fanatica to the album version. As far as the offerings of this disc by some sellers for over $100.00, I think that's just outrageous. Similarly for Mein Blut. I think such sellers should be ashamed to ask that kind of money for these records.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eisbrecher is here to stay!, February 25, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Fanatica (Audio CD)
I purchased this single because I wanted to hear the whole song "Angst?" Track2. I wasn't sure if I liked Eisbrecher or not but I knew I would like "Angst?" and when I receieved the single I found out I was right. What I didn't expect though was to find that the "Fanatica" would be so freaking good! I still love "Angst?" but heart goes out to "Fanatica." Noel Pix's talent and creativity really stick out in both of these songs, and how could you not love Alexx's voice? Both songs have a completely differant feel and sound from each other but both contain something special that sets an idea of the Eisbrecher sound. I'm not really into remixes, but both remixes of "Fanatica" are great. I suggest this CD to anyone collecting Eisbrecher.

5.0 out of 5 stars EBM that rocks!, October 11, 2003
This review is from: Fanatica (Audio CD)
This is the second single from the upcoming EISBRECHER album. It contains the title track, "Fanatica" + 2 remixes and the song "Angst". This single highlights two distinctly separate musical styles. "Fanatica" is an electronic synth-pop tune, focused on a good dance rhythm. The surprise with "Fanatica" is the catchy clever English text chorus; which is paired with the deep-voiced, German text, sprech-gesang style appearing in the rest of the song. The two remixes grind the beats to a moodier and heavier realm. "Angst" is a fast and pounding synth-hard-rock masterpiece. The text is 100% in German. The music is 100% m-e-t-a-l! This single is a good solid appetizer, heralding the anticipated arrival of the full-length CD from EISBRECHER in 2004. Bon appétit!
