My elderly cat has lost his appetite and barely eats any food. This Fancy Feast Elegant Medley food is some of the only cat food he will eat.

cure for vomiting but not long term,

Our cats starting vomiting after they ate. We tried all of the vets suggestions, but it was still happening. I could tell they were unhappy with their food, so I started trying different kinds. Well, they vomited with all of them so far apart from these. We've been using these for a few weeks now and they still seem to be going down well. I'm going to try adding the Tuscany as well. I have a feeling it might be the combination of the texture and the greens, but I'm only guessing.
This stuff is pretty expensive, but I guess you are actually getting a superior product for your money, since it has calmed their troubled digestions. Update: we started having problems with this as well. We switched to Trader Joe's and that has been working well for a while now.

I have been getting this cat food for my cat for the past year. It is higher in protein than most popular brands which is important for her diet. I would recommend it and I like the convenience of delivery and free shipping.

My cat Henrietta was old and very sick and had stopped eating. I tried everything, but to no avail. I tried every brand of cat food and even cooked "people food" for her but she wouldn't eat. Then I gave her Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys and she began to eat again. I'm sure Elegant Medleys helped keep her alive for a time. My other two cats decided that they also deserve the best and I agree. So they have a monthly subscription to Elegant Medleys through Amazon. It really is nice looking stuff, rather like chicken or tuna salad and is worth paying extra for. And if you get a subscription, you save quite a bit of money. Fah-lo-suee and Willow say "purr and yum" and I say Elegant Medleys has our strongest recommendation.

Our cats love the 'green can' Fancy Feast varieties. But a few months ago we bought the "Florentine" assortment from Amazon and our cats started getting sick on it. We switched to the shredded and the souffle varieties and everything is fine. So now that we are able to get bulk boxes of the shredded flavors, we're all happy, kids, cats, and parents!

Spoiled Kitty's Favorite Brand,
This review is from: Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys for Cats, Shredded Fare Collection, 3-Ounce Cans (Pack of 24) (Grocery)
Since this product's launch my cat has been hooked. He gets the best of the best and the Fancy Feast Medleys line is most assuredly that (I purchase all but the soufle varieties, which my cat seems to not care for as much). In my local stores, a 12-pack of this would run me anywhere from $10 - $13. It was worth that expense, but finding them on Amazon definitely has been a huge savings to me! the subscribe and save option is perfect - I pay just a few dollars more for 24 cans than I would have for half that! I won't even consider purchasing these in a store again - so long as Amazon has this phenomenal price and program, they have my business.
On a side note - if you haven't ever seen these in person, the food actually looks quasi-edible for humans! I take pride in serving my cat these, knowing he's getting a tasty and nutrious snack. Also, though my cat doesn't care for the soufle variety, I know plenty that do. Try them all and find Your cat's favorites!

Best deal and best content for diabetic kitty!,

Our vet suggested Fancy Feast when we found out our cat had diabetes a few months ago. We had always purchased good quality food before, but the cost of this stuff was still pretty shocking when I went comparison shopping in stores. Regardless, this particular combo has the highest amount of protein in each variety and that was our main concern for our little guy's health. The bulk ship and 15% saved with the monthly Subscribe and Save deal makes it a lot easier on the wallet and saves time. Our kitty has lost the weight he needed to and his coat has never been more beautiful. And he loves the stuff - although I admit that is probably mostly due to the fact that he used to subsist solely on dry food. ;)

My cats love it. The only problem is that some of the sections are larger than the others, and my oldest cat (16) has problems chewing the larger pieces, but they have stopped throwing up hair balls after using this product. It's more expensive, but I think it's worth it as long as my cats love it and stop throwing up.

Shredded Fare is probably the best wet cat food on the market--no fillers and quality cuts. My picky cat never tires of it, while she does of other wet foods even in the Elegant Medleys line. While it's expensive, I've found that through amazon's subscribe & save, I save seven to nine cents per can over Kroger & Petco, PLUS there's no sales tax, and shipping is free.
