This review is from: Fancy Girl (Paperback)
FANCY GIRL may not be top shelf Richard Manton, but it definitely isn't bottom of the pile slush either.

An authoritative historical perspective novel told in Manton's engaging Odalisque/Captain Charles DeVane style, FANCY GIRL explores cruel practices on a southern plantation and details the intricacies of the slave trade in the American Civil War era.

Lots of naughty bits too.
