Great book for juveniles,
By
This review is from: Fannie Lou Hamer: From Sharecropping to Politics (History of Civil Rights Series) (Paperback)
This is a great book for juveniles to read. It gives readers a glimpse of what life was like for a child born as a sharecropper who grew up with liitle education and later became a spokesperson for African American voters in Mississippi. This book also gives a brief timeline or history of the civil rights movement. This book is great for young readers as it is easy to follow and very educational.
