Fanstel Single Line Business Professional Amplified Speakerphone (ST150)

I work out of a small home office and opted to buy this phone because of its professional appearance and features. Unfortunately, the speakerphone has stopped working 3 months after delivery of the phone. This is beyond the Amazon return policy, and Fanstel has been slow to address the issue. Note that all shipping costs to have the phone repaired under warranty must be paid by the customer. You might think that Fanstel would be eager to make this right, as the phone failed under normal use almost immediately, but that has not been the case. If I pay to return the phone it will be for a refund so that I can start over. I would not purchase from Fanstel again.

A great telephone for the business office for someone who is hard of hearing. I wish they would offer a transfer feature and that would make this phone perfect.

The Fanstel ST150 is a fine phone -when it works. My Mom loved the amplification, better than others but on two different phones the speakerphone went out after only a few weeks. Amazon said they are investigating. I would warn you not to buy until Fanstel finds the problem and re-engineers it.
