I can't say I've seen this book (though I've seen a half dozen of David Hamilton's books) - but as you can see, it's so rare that it would cost an arm and a leg to buy it. I found a DVD on Amazon that I think is worth considering for far less money: Photos 2 which I have seen. A presentation of nudist girls, mostly teens. It's focused on the naturalness of nudity and their comfort without clothes as they participate in Cap d'Agde summer events. So good, you'll be wanting to sign up for a vacation on the Mediterranean next summer.
