Fantastic may be right,

= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Fantastic Four (Video Game)
It seems that every big blockbuster movie that comes out, a game has to follow it for every system. And with the Fantastic 4 movie coming out it always has a game to come out for it a week before. That means the movie may give away the ending to the movie just like it did for Spider-Man 2. That is a bad thing.
Let's start with the gameplay. The game is fun to play but it can get really boring and monotonous. It's basically just a beat 'em up game. Go to one area, about 10 enemies come out, kill enemies, then about 10 more come out. That's basically it. You can shoot fireballs, smash things, stretch really far, and turn invisible and that puts the characters moves and powers to the max. That also means you can play as all four characters. Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, The Thing, and The Human Torch. Most of the time you only get to play with only one or two at the same times but when it comes to bosses you can play all four and each person has their own way to help defeat the boos or defeat it. So you can't beat it with one person. Also don't think it's hard to switch characters because it's mapped to the d-pad and switching characters is fast and easy. The game is also easy. You can beat the game in about 8 hours so it isn't that long. Although you can beat the game in that amount of time there is a Medium and Hard mode and there are plenty of unlockables. Now the graphics. The graphics are ok at best. The only time the graphics are excellent is when you're in gameplay or if you're in a transition cutscene. But when you have a small cutscene the syncing is off and the graphics look bad. The Human Torch looks pretty slick and so does when the people use their powers. The sound is pretty good. It features the stars from the movie doing their characters from the movie. There really is no in-game music but the menu music sounds cool. I liked the sound effects when the people used their powers. Overall the game is really good and I think it will be a best seller because of the publicity.

Trully Fantastic,
A Kid's Review
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Fantastic Four (Video Game)
This game is the only Fantastic Four videogame expirience ( at least that i know of) and it is so fun! What makes this game fun is that the people who made this game didn't limit themselves to just base the game on the movie, i watched the movie, and i have to say i expected it to be a little better, but this game is filled with much more action than the movie, you get to go to more locations than the ones in the movie, and you get to defeat a lot of more villians than the ones, or should i say one ( Doctor Doom)in the movie. This game has the best graphics i ever saw! The Thing looks so real, and trust me, making a giant orange meatball look real cannot be that easy! Anyways, i think this game is one of the bests i ever played, and you should not miss the opportunity to buy it ( or at least rent it)

fun, but kind of confusing - review by Alex, age nine,

I like this game very much because you get to play all of the Fantastic Four. You can pick up objects, and you can sometimes destroy glass. But the only thing I am not crazy about is that it can be confusing on some points. Like on level one, when you are Reed, the guy who stretches. You have to do some sort of secret code to unlock a door. This game is rated T for mild violence and language. The mild language part is true. But overall this game has good graphics, very good game abilities and excellent voices.
PS - lots of bosses and they are all hard. 2115|R12I2N8MY6CB8F;2115|R391Z5Z9JMPUE5;2115|R1TFQ7IQOCW4JA;
