Wow.
This figure is awesome.
Great sculpt and details.
The Thing has 23 POA, that may not be much, but it doesnt have a stupid action feature to prevent any of them from moving its full capacity.
Plus this figures come with a really great accessory.
It comes with a bendable Mr. Fantastic! So its like your getting 2 figures for the price of one.
I highly reccomend picking this one up for your kids or yourself!

If you keep up with my reviews, you might know that I'm a big fan of superheroes more from movies than actual comic books, and lately I've been building a collection of 6 inch Marvel hero action figures from their recent film appearances. I have lately acquired the Fantastic Four in my collection (well, still expecting Invisible Woman and Human Torch in the mail, actually), and The Thing and Mr. Fantastic just arrived today. I couldn't be more pleased!

I chose this particular Thing figure partly because it comes with Mr. Fantastic, and I made a great choice I think. Both look just as they do in the movie, with action scene grimaces on their faces, and the Thing is highly detailed and very well articulated so that I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this was the best Thing figure out there! Mr. Fantastic is entirely a bendy figure and wouldn't stand on his own. In his case, he may or may not be what you're looking for. He is in a fully stretched out form, but some folks might prefer this and you could do some really cool action poses with him if you have a way to prop him up (using another character, a bit of clear thread for suspension as I do, or a wall). He suits my display needs perfectly, and some of the past figures trying to show his "strechiness" are pretty awful looking. This one looks great. So, with this set you get two characters with one purchase, and both are excellent! Also, they are from the first film, so they are proper 6 inch scale, as figures from the sequel with the Silver Surfer were made too small (as with the early Spidey 3 figure line). Great buy, highly recommended!

This is very good figure as he has great sculpting and a incredible likeness as its pretty movie accurate. I recommend this figure and most Marvel Movie/Marvel Legends/Spider-Man figures for age 10 and up due to the fragileness nature of the figures. Bottom line this is a must have figure if you are a big Fantastic Four fan!
