The nutritional guide chart is my favorite feature after the tasty recipes. A five star rating on health benefits including immunity, and detox (amoung others), are shown to help you make you're decision on what recipe to make. I also like how it's organized into categories, such as vegetables, smoothies ect. Highly recommended, this copy I bought for my parents.

I picked this up in a Jamba Juice and it came in a laminated fan form. It's awesome. The recipes are easy to follow and it demystifies juicing. The fan form is fun to use and easy to clean after you spill juice on it...it's a healthy addition to anyone's lifestyle and enables you to take in nutrients through vegetable and fruit juices you wouldn't ordinarily get through eating them. I don't eat celery but it's great in juices. The smoothie recipes are cool also.

It's a little wonky to read sometimes, but it goes really well with another book I have, which I believe is by the same people (person?). I love smoothies and have quite a collection going of smoothie books, so I'm not the person to ask for just *one* particular book. I prefer a lot of options, and this was a great one. I have used it often.
