I bought this book because of a write-up I saw on it in the local paper that included his recipe for Mediterranean Vegetables and Eggs in Tomato Sauce. Both my husband and I -- along with several appreciative guests -- have loved each recipe I've tried so far. The Vegetable and Egg dish is wonderful, as is his version of Shepherd's Pie -- Italian Style!
