I only wanted to get one version of Cloud strife. Mainly because all the other ones were a little to expensive and it took me forever to find a satisfying Sephiroth figure(that would be the version two Sephiroth I bought from Kotobukiya, see my review for that one if your looking for Cloud's polar opposite to have him fight with or just bookend your collection of games or action figures, its the best Sephiroth in my opinion)to serve as my opposing figure to Cloud. This Cloud figure though, satisfied me completely and I haven't had any trouble with him yet. The figure is made of a durrible design and can take quite a bit of punishment if you want to play with him, play with him gently though. His hands are designed with no pegs and attach themselves to the arms through a toothpick sized joint connected to the arms, be careful with these types of joints because they look a little weak. His body design is detailed with thicker arms than previous versions and stronger legs that won't break as easily as the advent children version, I know that because one of my younger brothers bought that version and it was rather....disappointing. But anyway, this Cloud has good detail, a fantastic paint job, and is rather durable. The sword is some sturdy stuff. Its thick, sharp, and looks like something you would find with a collection of kitchen knives,(keep the sword away from children too, it could do more damage to them than they could to it.) One thing I will say though is the sword is so heavy, Cloud has a hard time supporting it with his arms, so when I pose him he is usually holding it in his classic over the shoulder pose. He comes with two pairs of hands, one open completely and the others sealed together making a hole for the sword to fit into but not fall out easily, giving him a strong grip on his buster sword. Overall, this is a rather durable figure with durable accessories, and wonderful detail. A buy that satisfied me completely with the play arts Cloud merchandise. Hopefully you won't be disappointed.

The most iconic hero in the Final Fantasy Series and probably the most popular Final Fantasy game of all time (FFVII), this figure is absolutely amazing. It is huge stands around 8-9" tall and comes with his iconic Buster Sword. Kind hard to stand him upright, but still a cool figure. I stand him next to my Leon S. Kennedy figure (Resident Evil II), as those two games were my favorite on the PSOne in the late 90s.
