When I first received this product, I was impressed with the build quality and the capacity of the pouch. The access to my iPod's headphones is great. There is a hole on the top that makes sure I don't zip my headphone cord up. The two compartments also keep my smokes and lighter separate from my iPod, so I don't have to worry about scratching the screen on my Zippo.
The can holder fits any soda can perfectly, but you might want to be careful on man size cans. My 24 oz Busch wanted to tip out, but never actually fell, so I guess the grip is fine. Do not however assume that your "soda" did not get shaken up, however. I'll only make that mistake a couple times!
The best feature is the marker holder next to the document pouch. I always get amazing story and business ideas when I run, especially after the can is empty so I'm no longer worrying about it falling out or spilling. This marker holder allows me to keep a sharpie on hand at all times to jot a note or two on my arm without missing a step!
My only complaint is that it does not have any built in reflective stripes for when I forget to stay to the edge of the road.
I would buy again AND recommend to a friend.
