Shimmering solos,

Dolphy was powerful as a sax and clarinet player but singular as a flutist. Even if there are only few of the latter, his seductive style is in full effect here as usual.

Truly, a life changing record. Considered avant-garde but so was Duke Ellington in the 1920's... The music transcends any words one may use to describe. Sincerely beautful and highly recommended.
