Right now it doesn't run well on anyone's system. Almost everyone has stuttering no matter how powerful their system is or no matter how much they turn down their graphics settings. I'm waiting for patch 1.4.0 to see if it solves the problem. This game never should have been released. Don't be fooled by people who say that they've found fixes for the problems. None of them work.
Will it be on Steam or just uPlay? plus hope i can play mutil on SLI configure without the game crashing at the end of the round. May 19, 2014
It will provably be available on Steam but you'll still need a uPlay account to play the game.
There are just about as many negative reviews as there are positive ones. Is there some known catch to whether or not the game will run properly? Dec 13, 2014
I wish there were. It seems that the many graphical issues affect Nvidia owners as much as AMD owners. A two card setup (SLI or Crossfire) doesn't work with either video card maker. There are a number of workarounds to the various issues that work for some people, though often with trade-offs (such as eliminating frame hiccups by using low res textures). I cannot recommend purchasing this game until the user community declares that Ubisoft has finally fixed the many issues with a patch. Given that they still haven't fixed Watch Dogs, you could be waiting a while.
This will give you the digital code to use in Uplay which runs through Steam. I got it and it works great.
can my computer run this good? Jan 31, 2015
It runs fine on many people's computers if your computer is high end enough to meet the minimums. But a great many people can't run it at all because the code for the game is so rushed and poorly written. I've owned the game for months now with several patches added, and it still basically doesn't run at all. I've had no more than about 5 minutes of fame play before a crash, which sets me back to the beginning to start over. I think it's a waste.

Yes The pre-order bonus (hurks stuff) came as a printed card with the necessary key you need to entry thru uplay to get it, and I believe that its available in-game once you reach a certain point in the campaign. HOWEVER, the amazon-exclusive pre-order bonus is thus far nowhere to be found. I assume it's a key to be entered, same as hurks material, but I have yet to receive it from amazon, as they logically should be the the ones who know who pre-ord'd. Maybe ubi has yet to provide amazon with the keys?
Is this the Limited Edition as noted in the picture or standard edition as noted in the description. Feb 13, 2015

January 12, 2015 (many posts are undated) Have they gotten these "horrible bugs" worked out yet? I love Far Cry 3... Jan 12, 2015
In a word, no. And as far as any feedback they're providing, it doesn't even seem they're trying.
